Sentinel Risk Insurance Group and Darling Insurance are thrilled to announce a donation in the amount of $51,000 for Easter Seals Canada. The donation directly supports Easter Seals’ mission to provide programs and services for children and youth with disabilities in Ontario.

Funds were raised via two charity golf tournaments hosted by the insurance brokerages in 2024. The combined effort invited participants from the community to participate in two days of friendly competition, all in support of a great cause. The generous contributions of sponsors, participants, and volunteers made these events a tremendous success, ultimately resulting in the $51,000 donation to Easter Seals Canada.

“This was a true team effort—so many members of Sentinel and Darling team stepped up to volunteer their time and hard work to make these events the success they were” said Greg Kruk, Partner at Sentinel Risk Insurance. “It’s heartwarming to see everyone come together to support Easter Seals, and we look forward to continuing our work with such a fantastic organization.”

“We are thrilled with the success of this year’s golf tournaments and we are deeply grateful for the outpouring of support from our community,” said Peter Blodgett, President at Darling Insurance. “Supporting Easter Seals aligns with our company’s commitment to giving back to the communities we serve. This donation will go a long way in helping children and families across Ontario.”

The donation will help Easter Seals continue to offer vital programs and services such as access to mobility equipment, financial assistance for camp programs, and educational support for children with disabilities.
