What You’ll Do

As a Personal Lines CSR, you’ll be the go-to resource for our clients providing expert advice, excellent service, and a personal touch. Your day-to-day will include:

• Guiding new and existing clients on personal insurance coverage, limits, and options
• Quoting, binding, and servicing personal lines policies with care and accuracy
• Proactively reviewing policies and recommending improvements
• Handling policy changes, renewals, and remarkets in clear, client-friendly language
• Supporting clients through claims, explaining procedures, and helping them feel confident
• Collaborating with Producers and teammates to meet retention, sales, and service goals
• Maintaining accurate documentation and staying compliant with industry standards

Who We’re Looking For

• RIBO License (required)
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of insurance or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable using broker management systems and insurer portals (SIG XP preferred)
• CAIB and/or CIP designation encouraged

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience
